When rescuers found Rocky on the side of the road, they were horrified. The six-week-old kitten was resting next to his dead brother, and he wasn't in great shape himself. The poor thing had a broken pelvis and a massive hernia. If he didn't get help immediately, he would surely die.

That's when the miracle workers at Vet Ranch stepped in to save the day. Operating immediately, they worked to fix Rocky's abdomen. You can check out the amazing footage below.
