Poe had documented a movement for reexamination before the Comelec en banc after both the First and Second Division crossed out her Certificate of Candidacy (COC).
The First Division had decided that the congressperson did not meet citizenship necessities for a presidential applicant, while the Second Division said that she didn't meet the residency essential.
In the interim, Mayor Duterte has a pending exclusion case documented by Ruben Castor before the First Division.
In his dissension, Castor guaranteed Duterte was not a qualified substitute for PDP-Laban standard carrier Martin Diño as they didn't fit in with the same political party. The hearing for the case was set for December 16.

Concerning the arrival of the official rundown of applicants, Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista said that the Commission was hoping to fulfill this by Tuesday, December 16.
