No, a fish spa is not a spa for fish. It's a little weirder than that.

The treatment basically involves you putting your feet into a tank filled with harmless garra rufa fish. The fish then nibble away at the dead skin on your feet. For a lot of people, it's a very relaxing experience, but there are some risks involved.
